Meet Nova

Your reports.
A helping hand.

Nova is your AI companion inside Pharmetrix. It helps you get started with reports and understand the information available in your workspace.

Two ways to help

From the first upload to your next question.

01 / UPLOAD GUIDANCE

Help with unfamiliar report layouts

Vendor and pharmacy reports do not all use the same column names. Nova helps identify a report and suggest reliable column matches. If the layout needs more help, guided mapping lets you review and finish the setup.

For AI column matching, only column headings are sent to OpenAI—not report rows or the original file. You check the preview and accept the import.

02 / REPORT QUESTIONS

Explore the records you have saved

Ask how to use Pharmetrix, compare vendor purchasing trends, or understand a report warning. With saved-report access enabled and the required permissions, Nova can use read-only reporting tools to answer questions about your selected pharmacy.

Your question and recent conversation context go to OpenAI. Selected on-screen context and computed report summaries may also be included; entire report files are not sent for these answers.

Ask naturally

Start with what you want to understand.

“Which columns should I check?”

Get guidance while reviewing an unfamiliar upload. Matching suggestions still need your review.

“How did vendor purchases change?”

Explore saved purchasing totals over a specified period when report access is enabled.

“Why were rows skipped?”

Understand import diagnostics and what to check before accepting a report.

You stay in control

Guidance with clear boundaries.

Nova’s report tools are read-only and limited to the pharmacy your account is permitted to access. A chat answer does not change records, accept imports, or send email.

Nova is focused on Pharmetrix and your reports. Live web browsing, weather, and unrestricted general-purpose chat are not part of its current setup.

Check the answer. Keep the context.

AI can be wrong or incomplete. Verify answers against source records, the reporting dates, and any missing-data warnings. Saved reports may differ from edits that have not been saved yet.

No patient-identifying information required. Do not paste patient details, passwords, or API keys into a question.
