Pharmetrix 1.0

Terms of Use

The responsibilities and expectations that apply when you use Pharmetrix 1.0.

Updated October 30, 2026

Using Pharmetrix

Pharmetrix 1.0 helps authorized pharmacy users import billing and vendor reports, review reconciliation and monitoring results, manage drug watch lists, export reports and use optional Nova and Gmail features. By using it, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to coronaheightsrx@gmail.com.

Accounts and authorization

Use only an account and pharmacy workspace you are authorized to access. Keep credentials secure, maintain appropriate staff permissions and notify support if access appears incorrect. Platform administrators manage shared classifications and may access reports for authorized support. Do not attempt to access another pharmacy’s information or bypass permissions.

Your reports and responsibility

You retain your rights in the data you provide. You authorize the service and its providers to process and store that data to deliver the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. Supply only data you are permitted to use and share. Pharmetrix 1.0 is intended for drug-level reporting, not patient record storage. Remove unnecessary patient information and do not place credentials or patient details into Nova messages.

Review calculations and AI answers

Import mappings, dates, quantities, costs, duplicate handling and source completeness affect results. Review skipped rows and warnings. Reconciliation differences are investigation prompts; they do not by themselves establish physical inventory, an insurer error, fraud or a collectible amount. Nova can misunderstand a question or produce inaccurate answers. Verify reports, classifications and AI responses against original records before taking financial, clinical or operational action. Pharmetrix does not replace professional judgment or provide a guarantee of reimbursement, regulatory compliance or clinical advice.

Optional Google connection

You decide whether to connect Google. Gmail access in Pharmetrix 1.0 is limited to sending approved requests, not reading the inbox. Check the sending account, recipient and message before confirming. You are responsible for authorizing the message and its contents. Google applies its own terms and availability limits. Disconnecting Pharmetrix removes the active credential for that pharmacy; revoke the wider grant separately in Google if desired.

Retention and exports

Keep original reports and any exports you need for your own recordkeeping. If you choose rolling monthly mode, expired billing and vendor rows are automatically removed after the current and previous 11 America/New_York calendar months from saved workspaces and recovery copies. This can remove data needed for historical analysis. Annual accounts do not automatically use this policy, and reference lists are separate. Review the retention description before opting in.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malicious material, interfere with the service, misuse another person’s account, send unauthorized or unlawful messages, or use the service in violation of applicable rights or law. Use access and exports responsibly. Access may be restricted when necessary to address misuse, security issues or an account authorization problem.

Availability and changes

Features, third-party connections and availability can change. The service may have interruptions or errors, and reports depend on the information available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations or a particular business outcome. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any separate written service agreement continues to apply to matters it covers.
